Each garment is handmade to order by me once it has been ordered and paid in full. Please allow 30 days after the closing date of each collection for the making and sending of your pieces. This can differ depending on order demand at the time.
Here at B.LASHAE, I want to give you a tailored made experience rather it’s in person or online. On most product pages you’ll find specific instructions to note specific measurements, please do so, this will help make your piece as tailored to you as possible. Under the “Shop” tab you’ll find “Find Your Fit” and “Size Charts” pages - these are meant to help you select the most accurate size.
At this time B.LASHAE DESIGNS only ships within the US. Each item is sent with a tracking number and will need a signature upon delivery. You will receive an email with your order confirmation. B.LASHAE DESIGNS is not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, or merchandise that may get lost in the mail.
As B.LASHAE DESIGNS sells on a Made-To-Order business model, I cannot offer a return or refund if you change your mind or if the item/s does not fit. Each piece is carefully crafted and handmade once your order has been placed. A lot of time and care goes into making each piece, so please be considerate when placing your order.
Make sure to visit my Find your Fit page to make sure you match yourself to your correct size or you can leave your own measurements in the notes when you checkout.

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase I do offer alterations at an additional cost, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery to discuss concerns. After 7 days this offer will no longer be available.
For alterations it will always be the customer’s responsibility to safely ship items back to B.L.D. Headquarters with a trusted tracking service, this cost is not worked into the price of my garments and must be covered by you.
